Holiday Brunch!

This December, we’ll be back with a new custom menu that includes traditional favorites and new culinary explorations:

Spinach Pakora Hors d'Oeuvre

Hot, crispy, and flavorful, this famous winter fritter is made with gram flour and fresh spinach leaves.

Chicken Corn Soup

A tribute to Chinese cuisine, this traditional chicken corn soup is a staple in most Pakistani households, served with red chili paste and green chillies in vinegar. It never fails to warm and soothe and is the perfect ice-breaker for a holiday brunch.

Aloo Samosa w/ Khatti Meethi Chutney

A Ruby's Kitchen classic, this appetizer is a simple, petite fried pastry stuffed with potatoes and peas, and served with a sweet and tangy sauce made from tamarind.

Shrimp Biryani

Originating among the Muslim communities of the Indian subcontinent, this dish is prepared by layering Basmati rice and shrimp curry cooked with Indian spices. Served with raita and garnished with sliced, sauteed onions with a hint of lime. (Vegetarian option available upon prior request.)

Khubani ka Meetha

A layered dessert comprising pureed dried apricots, custard, whipped cream, almonds and pistachios that lends a cooling festivity to a warm holiday meal.

Doodh Patti Chai

Evocative of a roadside cafe, this energizing hot beverage is made by boiling milk with a touch of sugar and Indian chai. (Lactaid can be substituted.)

The brunch will be $30 per person, and it’s free for kids 5-and-under! We will request your dietary restrictions and will plan accordingly. You can pay using Venmo after your reservation has been confirmed. Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
